• A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total cost is required to secure your booking.
• Any cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund, otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.

2. Accommodation

• Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the accommodation.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 11:00.

3. Liability
